Quick Guide for Your Scaffolding VT Setup Needs

So, now you got the scaffolding systems that you have been waiting for and are ready to get started? Do you know how to set them up? Do you know the standards to apply to ensure maximum safety? Below are some steps on how to set the systems up and functional.

Every scaffolding VT Company is supposed to send qualified personnel to set up their structures. However, if you are also doing it, follow these steps to the end. They are meant to offer a safer and easier operation.

The first thing that you do is leveling the ground. You can excavate, drill the surface, or fill in dirt for a more even surface. Lay down sections of level boards below the footing to distribute weight and keep the structure steady. Organize all the scaffolding parts before assembling them.

Attach the wheels or baseplates, depending on what you have. Assemble the frame ends and have them in line with each other. Raise each end piece opposite each other and expand their crosses. Always engage the braes if you are using casters.

Carefully lift the braces and secure the bottom of the opposite piece. After this, you can then install the second set of cross braces. Now the scaffolding is set up and what follows is checking that it is level and secure. Move the structure into place if you are using casters.
