Scaffolding: To Rent or Buy?

Deciding whether to buy or rent scaffolding has always been a hard decision to make for most clients. However, the following aspects might help you in choosing what to go for.

If you are considering scaffolding rental VT, some conditions might work best for you. You can rent them if:

• You expect the project to take less than three months for it to be completed.
• The project is expected to go beyond six meters and above.
• You are not familiar or do not have someone who is qualified to erect, manage, and dismantle scaffolding systems.
• The budget does not allow you to go for a purchase of the systems.
  

If you do not want to hire the platforms, you can always purchase yours. However, you might want to consider buying only if:

• You expect the project to go past three months.
• The systems you will require won’t be higher than six meters.
• It is a simple project with straight line elevations.
• You have acquired a safety program and have it in place.

You might also settle for purchasing if you have fully trained and qualified personnel to help with the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of the equipment and systems
